If applying this every day, about how many days does .3 oz last?

First, you don't need to apply every day. It stays on for at 2-3 days. Secondly, the bitter flavor is so strong you don't have to use much each time you apply, so it lasts AWHILE. We barely made a dent in it by the time my daughter completely stopped wanting to suck her thumb.

Can it be used on cuticles

The bitter taste would help stop cuticle chewing. I haven't used it specifically for that purpose and don't know the long term effects i.e. damage to cuticles. I would say its safe to use and effective on the cuticles if not used very often or very long. For more accurate answers please contact the manufacturer.

can I put it on silicon pacifiers to break my toddler from that habit?

I would not. What I did was switch pacifier brands to one with a different shape. My child tried it and didn't like it and stopped needing a pacifier in a few days, since the old one was unavailable. I think switching instead of just removing it entirely lessened the crying.

What is the recommended age? I have a 2 yr old baby girl who suck her thumb a lot :(

A relative of mine used it to curb thumb sucking on her 2 year old son. Not only did it cure the thumb sucking problem, but he was very happy to brush his teeth. Use just a tiny dab on his thumbnail and the problem will be solved. You should also try a tiny dab just to know of strong and how awful this stuff really tastes.
