Love this brand and quality of the vitamins and supplements. Easy to swallow and easy to see dosage. I definitely feel better taking this and I will be purchasing again. Love they are a well-known brand and have a good reputation as well. This vitamin has great health benefits in my opinion. Price is where it should be.

This works for me to absorb vitamin D better.
My vitamin D level was always low or low normal even with 5,000 IU. My son told me this would help me absorb the vitamin D better. After one month my vitamin D level was normal even after a dismal winter!

Good Choice
Thorne is always a good choice for quality supplements. Healthy K2 levels are certainly something that needs more attention than it gets. Small capsule, easy to swallow.
