Great product
I looked at a lot of resistance bands before I ended up getting Synergee brand. I was nervous by how many other brands got reviews that their product broke/were flimsy or smelled awful. This product did neither of those and has been great to use. The material is sturdy and they have proven to be a great addition to my work out. Would definitely recommend.

Workout in a Bag!
Sturdy bands which seem to hold their stretch. Nice variety of levels so I can work up to more resistance. They come in a great little back so they're easier to keep track of. Great product!

Great addition to your workouts
Good quality bands for a great price. Been using the bands for about 3 weeks now, and really love them. I've been using them for lateral band walks, and "monster walks", to target those hard to work inner/outer thigh muscles, and the gluteus medius. The bands are comfortable around my ankles, and the set comes with four different resistant levels so you can progress as you get stronger, or they're great if your training others in a group setting. Also love how easy they are to throw in my gym bag and carry with me. They seem really strong and of good quality. Very happy with the set. *UPDATE 11/8/15: the green band/medium resistance, broke on me this week. I've used it almost a month doing lateral band walks. Wishing it had lasted longer than the 3weeks I was using it. Was great during that time. Since there are other bands in the set, I've just gone up in tension and continue to do them. We'll see if this one lasts longer.
