I've been using the JBL Go 3 for a long time and recently upgraded to the JBL Go 4 — and I can confidently say it's a solid upgrade in every way. The build quality is excellent, the design is sleek and vibrant, and the sound quality is top-notch for such a compact speaker. Bluetooth connectivity is solid, just as claimed by JBL. Even with a few walls in between, the connection remains stable within the expected range. It's a big plus if you don’t want to leave your phone in one spot and prefer to move around the house while the music keeps playing smoothly. The Playtime Boost feature does help extend the battery life, though it slightly compromises the sound quality — but nothing too noticeable unless you're a serious audiophile. Battery backup is decent and more than enough for casual use. I haven’t tested the waterproof claim personally, but the speaker is definitely dustproof, making it ideal for outdoor use. One of the standout upgrades is Auracast support — something the GO 3 lacked. It works flawlessly on the GO 4 and is tempting me to buy another unit just for the Auracast pairing! In conclusion, this is the best speaker in its price range, especially if you're upgrading from a previous model like the GO 3. Highly recommended!

Nice speaker good sound

Sound quality is very clear with good battery. The price is justified.

The product was delivered in a pathetic package, neither shock proof, nor crash proof. The speaker looks very old, and has accumulated dust. I've put it on charge, don't know if it will at all work or not.

Bought this a year ago and have used it regularly since, including outdoor damp environments, with no issues. Really impressed with the sound quality, would agree the Bass in punchy for a speaker of this size. battery lasts several hours and enough volume to fill a room at back ground listening level, and very easy to connect via Bluetooth. Obviously not as impressive as hugely expensive ones, but its compact, does the job and well priced, so I'm happy

Honestly very impressed. Does everything it says it does, yet I was still unprepared for how great it is. The size is quite small, easily fits in the palm of my hand, yet the sound it delivers is impressive. I've used this at home, in the car whilst driving, taken it outside, and thanks to it being waterproof, even hung it up in the shower. The battery life doesn't suffer with its small size either, delivering hours of music playback over Bluetooth effortlessly. Was so impressed by this little unit that I bought another one just so I could take advantage of the stereo pairing, which was a little tricky to get going, but once setup via the app has been rock solid since. Also played with the multi-speaker party mode, which was as easy to get going as pushing a button on the speaker, literally. This is easily comparable to more expensive portable speakers, delivering solid performance for a much better price. It's easy to use, and I dig the colours. Easily recommended.

Works as expected for a JBL, great sound for a small speaker. The colour looks great
