Directions

Apply liberally 15-30 minutes before sun exposure. Use approximately 2 mg/cm2 (2 tablespoons of sunscreen for the entire body). Reapply every 2 hours or after swimming/sweating. Ensure coverage of all exposed skin, including ears, nose, and lips.
