This Works
I love this herbal magnesium. It has really helped me with my restless leg syndrome. I can finally rest. My suggestion is to take it more towards around 3 o’clock. It does make you very tired, but the reason for it is to help me sleep so you still have to give it time to work that seems to be the best time for me. I suggest if you’re having a problem sleeping or have nervous leg syndrome. This would be the best medication for you as long as you are not allergic and I’ll remember to always check with your doctor before before starting any new medicine

Best Magnesium Supplement
I have tried a lot of magnesium supplements, and this is by far the best! Since I started taking these, I am sleeping and focusing so much better. I used to periodically get charlie horse-like cramps in my calves in the middle of the night, too, but that hasn't happened in a long time. I highly receommend these!

It works!!!
Excellent quality!!! Been using it since I received it and noticed right away that it helped me with my insomnia issues I’ve been having for awhile. I’ve now been able to sleep better. Haven’t noticed the other benefits that this combo of magnesium provides yet what I do know is that works and the quality is there.

Large and difficult to swallow.
The capsules are huge. If you have any issues swallowing big pills I would not recommend. I almost choked a few times so I won't be buying again
