Aah, this is amazing! Currently, I cook chicken breasts in the pressure cooker, shred them, mix them with cheese and an egg to make an ultra-low-carb pizza base. Previously, I used an electric whisk after seeing a YouTube hack, but I’m not sure how robust my mixer is before it breaks, and it can throw bits all sorts of places if you’re not careful. Then I saw this and knew it was just perfect. I tear a large cooked chicken breast into about three pieces and go to town on it. It’s very quick – 15-20 seconds, and it’s shredded perfectly for a salad. Give it another 15-20 seconds (max!), and the bits are smaller than my previous method, making them perfect for my pizza bases! It’s easy (ish) to clean, just watch you don’t keep stabbing yourself on the spikes like I did trying to get a sponge in all the areas.

Makes chicken go a long way. Perfect for wraps, salads etc...

Absolute game changer! I use this when making most chicken dishes. It's amazing and so easy to use. Comes with a brush that makes it really easy to clean as well. All in all just awesome!
