Q: Does this already come calibrated?

Yes these come pre-calibrated from the factory but they may require additional adjustments upon receipt. If you require, the calibration instructions are displayed on the product page.

Q: Can i mount this through the lid of my tupperdore and it will read the inside humidity?

You can certainly customize your container to accommodate the install of this hygrometer. The intake of the hygrometer is on the back side of the device so as long as the rear of the hygrometer is open to the inside of the tupperdore, you will get a humidity reading.

Q: What dimensions of hole will this work in?

Hello. The hygrometer Measures: 1-3/4" Diameter in the front | and a bit smaller on the backside at 1-9/16" which includes the the Rubber Gasket

Q: Can i mount with magnet?

Probably if you apply a piece of magnetic tape to the back. But I would not recommend buying this item. It is made cheaply and the needle is easily moved just by slightly moving the entire hygrometer. Better to spend another $4 and get a digital one. They may not look as nice but they are more accurate.
