Sorts out my leg cramp
I take this most nights to prevent leg and get cramps which it does. I can’t say it improves my sleep though which would be highly beneficial.

Good combined supplement magnesium and Vitamin B6.
The recommended serving of two of these capsules delivers 200mg (54% of the NRV) of magnesium bisglycinate, plus 25mg of vitamin B6 Pyridoxine. The capsules are of average size, so may need a good gulp of water to swallow cleanly. They have no discernible taste or smell. The recommended serving means that I got 2 months supply at a slightly high price of £14.99. The product comes packed in a brown recyclable PET bottle with a steel screw cap. The capsules are gluten and dairy free and suitable for vegetarians.

Excellent Magnesium Supplement for Muscle Relief and Better Sleep
I've been taking Royal Oak Health's Magnesium Bisglycinate capsules for a few weeks now, and I'm really pleased with the results. I've been experiencing some muscle aches and fatigue after my workouts, and I was hoping that magnesium would help alleviate those symptoms. I've tried other magnesium supplements in the past, but I've found that this one is much easier on my stomach. I think it's because of the bisglycinate form, which seems to be more gentle and bioavailable. One thing that really stood out to me about this product is that it provides 200mg of elemental magnesium per serving. I've learned that elemental magnesium is the actual amount of magnesium that's available for your body to use, rather than just the overall weight of the magnesium compound. So, it's great to see that Royal Oak Health is transparent about the amount of elemental magnesium in their product. I've also noticed that my sleep has improved since taking these capsules. I've been falling asleep faster and waking up feeling more refreshed! I like that these capsules also contain vitamin B6, which I know is important for energy metabolism and immune function. It's great to get two beneficial nutrients in one supplement. Overall, I'm really happy with this product. The quality is excellent, and I'm happy that it's made in the UK and is free from common allergens. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality magnesium supplement.
