I bought the magnesium glycinate liquid drops because I read that it absorbs better than other forms of magnesium. I’ve been using it at night for 3 weeks and I can tell the difference. It helps me relax and fall asleep faster. The pineapple flavor is actually good, not medicinal at all. The dropper makes it super easy to measure the dose. I’ll definitely buy it again.

The pineapple flavor on these is honestly better than expected, it’s a bright tropical taste that comes through clearly without that harsh bitter mineral bite liquids like this usually have, and it doesn’t hang around as a weird aftertaste. I’ve taken the 2 mL straight from the dropper and also stirred it into water, and both ways work, straight is more concentrated and punchy while mixing mellows it into something almost like a light juice hint. It blends into a glass smoothly with no clumping or floaty residue. The dropper has measurement marks so the serving is easy to get right, and the liquid form beats swallowing a stack of pills. Honest notes, there’s a faint earthy herbal undertone beneath the pineapple that you notice taking it straight, mixing hides it. The dropper can drip a little if you draw it up too fast. And you’ll want to give the bottle a shake before each use since a bit of settling happens. The bottle should last a good while at that serving size. For a pleasant tasting liquid that mixes in easily, this is a fine pick and I’d say it’s worth a try.

An appropriate amount of magnesium can help improve sleep quality. I have been using this supplement for some time now, and it helps me relax and improve my sleep quality. Highly recommended! The product is great and the taste is pleasant.

This is NOT the same product as the other 6 I've bought. I have purchased the original bottle "Magnesium Liquid" in the 2 pack version 3 times prior to this purchase. The 'original was purchased and then every time I re-purchased, I went to my 'buy it again' area and clicked on the photo I knew and had been taking for MONTHS. It's a brown bottle, white & yellow label with a pineapple on the label. The bottle comes with a clear dropper and the liquid is a yellow light tanish color. It is a 1ml serving with 30 servings per bottle. The dosage of magnesium is 400mg per serving. And the taste is absolutely delicious. The last time I ordered this item when I was running low, I did the same thing. I went to my buy it again and could not find the normal picture. Once I found the order, it had a new photo. This photo was a black label and I was very confused. I researched the name of the brand, and found that nope it's right, they must have just changed your packaging. But I did find it strange that my 'buy it again' photo from my previous purchase was this same photo with the black label, and not a photo of the actual product I had previously purchased. The bottles ( I bought the 2 pack like I always do) arrived and as I opened it, I thought the new label looked nice. When I opened the bottle to take my dosage, i realized something was very different. The dropper is different, a dark color, but no biggie. BUT the liquid is an off-putting color. It's so off-putting that i decided to check and make sure I didn't order the wrong thing. Nope, this is correct, and I began to wonder if it spoiled somehow. I looked more closely at the label to see if there's an expiration date, and that's when I realized this was in fact NOT the same product. This has MANY other ingredients, and the dosage is ridiculous. The bottle holds the same amount, but now they say it's a 2ml serving and 15 servings per bottle. (which I realize is the same amount of liquid in each bottle) My main issue is the amount of magnesium this new formula has, since that's why I bought it. This formula only has 15mg per serving...the original had 400mg. I have since gone back through all of my orders with Amazon regarding this product and ALL of them have changed to the photo of this product. I will be returning these and expecting a refund. I'm not sure why the company changed their product so drastically. And even more, I don't understand why Amazon would change the photo on all past orders, since that is absolutely in fact NOT WHAT I ALREADY ORDERED. If I hit buy it again, I expect to be buying the same thing again.

This product has given me better results than the pills since just putting a few drops in my mouth has helped me more effectively to have peaceful nights of sleep, I have been using it for almost a month and it is really a product that I would buy again for its rapid adsorption to my body

Tate great but maybe sweeter than I wish. But overall taste great but haven’t seen the benefits jet.

I love this liquid magnesium. I just would love for it to come in a 4oz bottle. Whenever I got a cramp in my foot, calf, or thigh, I would get up and take a dropper of magnesium, and within 10 to 15 minutes the cramps were totally gone. I've been doing my research about what different minerals do for your body, and how important they are to keep your body hydrated when you sweat, or eliminate any fluids from your body. That's why the body experiences cramping because of the loss of important fluids our body functions on. Hope this helps you understand their importance for your body. Enjoy!!
