This battery works really good. I got a brand new laptop top couldn't use it without it being plugged in. The computer wasn't recognizing the battery. I had this one put in and it works great.

My old laptop which still work great wasn't keeping a charge anymore and after opening it, and getting the information, I needed this battery. I replaced it myself. I have never replaced a laptop battery before, let alone open a laptop. One key didn't work after replacing it but it wasn't the battery itself, it was just the way I put the laptop back together. I have used this battery for one year now and have no issues. It's like it's a brand new laptop

It was an easy installation. The battery replacement was good, and it fit my laptop well. The only problem I have now since buying it a week or two ago is that now whenever I use or when I charge my laptop, the bottom gets hot.

Battery is advertised as having 51Wh. I ran the "battery report" script in Windows Powershell and the software says the maximum design capcity was only 47,880 mWh. I charged the battery up and shut down the laptop. It sat in my office closet for a few months after that. When I went to use the laptop again, the battery was dead. I plugged it in and used it for a couple days and ran the "battery report" again. After only a handful of charging cycles, the "full charge" capacity is now down to only 30,278 mWh. That's a drop now to 63% of what it was new. The OEM battery lasted about seven years. This one is poor quality. It only lasts an hour or so before shutting down. I am writing this review because I went back into my account to see if there was any warranty left. Listing says one year, I am just outside of that, and I doubt the seller would do anything for me. Lesson learned. I should stick with an OEM replacement.

I got this as a replacement for the RR03XL rechargeable battery for my HP Probook 450 G5. The battery works, plain and simple. However, I don't know long it lasts on a single charge because I literally just finished installing it and I always have a multitude of applications running at the same time, so I'm not sure that my usage would be considered moderate. Also, while the replacement battery comes with a pry tool and screwdriver, you will also need a T9 and T10 screwdriver (which are NOT included) to perform the installation. BUT...Take my Advice (this is about the installation, not the battery itself) Get a professional to do the installation. The battery for the HP Probook 450 G5 is embedded deep inside the machine beneath the keyboard, requiring the laptop to be almost fully disassembled to replace. There are also a number of sensitive electronics to unclip from tight spaces so the risk of fatal damage to the keyboard (and/or backlight), power button, finger print reader, trackpad and audio jack port is very high. I doubt that this battery was meant to be replaced by the end user; let a professional do it.
