Sound is great. Functionality as it should. Picture qualities are good. Works with a usb-c docking station I bought for the hdmi capability to a tv or monitor. Tried it with the Orel hda-912 and works with my iPad.

Great audio extractor everyone needs one or let me say every tech needs one. It’s made well. Feels great and does its job. It’s got two channel bitstream and TV settings optical 3.5 mm jack and an HDMI port you can’t go wrong.

Great for 4K setups. Currently using this between a Dish Joey 4 and a TCL 4K TV. It handles the 4K signal passthrough flawlessly while providing clean extracted audio. Simple to install and performs exactly as advertised.

Does what I wanted it for (hook the bluray player up to my stereo). Picture quality seems unchanged and the pass-through audio works well. There is however a slight audio delay between the stereo and the TV speakers. Not a showstopper; I just turn off the TV speakers.

I am using it to split HDMI signal so that audio can be routed using digital audio cable. It works fine when it works, but after leaving it for a month or so in media room, I find it requiring power reset to get everything going. Without removing and putting the power back in, the projector never detected video signal. Not sure if the device I got is bad or it is just bad design with firmware issues.

My son loves the audio converter extractor and he gives it a thumbs up..

Great build quality and works perfectly to extract bitstream audio from HDMI for optical SPDIF output. Sturdy connections and all-metal build. Only downside is that it requires external AC power to run.

Could have worked for adding a Roku to my monitor, but returned.

Purchased this to go with my Creative Soundblaster G8 so i can get the audio out from Xbox series x to my wired headphones. Works a treat.

Works well. Put Firestick into it and fed soundbar using the 10m optical output. Now my Epson projector setup has much better sound than using 3mm jack to powered speakers
