An almost perfect lifting shoe. My ankle inflection prevents me from doing a deep squat. These shoes allow me to do that and get a better workout. They do run a half size small, are very heavy, and sturdy. Not a bad thing lifting heavy weight. They are very stable.

I only use these for leg day, but they definitely give you your moneys worth, the stability you feel when doing deadlifts or squats is exactly what I was looking for and got.

The media could not be loaded.  This type of shoe makes a significant difference in stability while squatting heavy weights. Would recommend. True to size, have a narrower foot. It is snug but the toes are not cramped and it should be well fitted so that the foot does not slide. Will say that the laces are thin and beginning to show wear after only few months, but these are replaceable and think they will still last a long time.

UPDATE: Just received a partial refund for the stains and they did so fairly quickly. It’s much appreciated and very good for future customers to know.Up by the tongue of the shoe its like someone tried them on and returned them and then i got their return without it being cleaned. There is a smudge there from someones dirty finger and also on the toe of the shoe theres a big pink spot. Lets just say this is not a great first impression with this company and my first pair of squat shoes. I gave a 1 star rating for now but will change if this is fixed
