AUVON Rechargeable Digital TENS Unit Muscle Stimulator with 600 mAh Battery

This thing is amazing. I recently started having back pain a few months after a minor fender bender, in which I was the front seat passenger. As I said it appeared very minor, but after a few weeks I started having back pain, which was very odd, as I never had any sort of back pain before. I went to the doctor and had a x-ray taken, and then a few weeks later had a MRI, at which point I was diagnosed with a herniated disc in my spine. I was pretty devastated to learn this fact; within maybe, 6 months, my back pain grew more severe and appeared to be getting worse. There were a few days where things were very rough and the pain was horrible... I had heard of a TENS unit before, but never had any experience with using one or anything like that. Around this time I had got a new girlfriend and she has a mild form of scoliosis that causes her pain and she had a TENS unit; I was staying the night over and I had fallen asleep with the arm of the couch slightly digging into my side as I fell asleep watching a movie with my girl laying on me... So I had her body weight, on top of my body weight, on top of the arm of the couch. Well, I woke up a few hours later and I had literally the worst pain in my back I had ever felt. It was so bad to ine point where I at first I thought it was a horrible stomach/side ache. Eventually, I realized that the pain was coming from my back. It was about 3:00 in the morning and I had to get my girlfriend a ride at 6:00 a.m. I really, really needed to go back to sleep but I was in such pain and she had offered to allow me to use her TENS unit to see if it would help. I put it on and oh my God, that thing was a lifesaver!! After wearing it for maybe 10 minutes I was able to fall asleep. After that, I was completely sold. Immediately, the next day, I got onto Amazon and searched up a TENS unit and I found this model,(my girlfriend has a different model; an older model that takes a 9 volt battery) this model I really liked because it is able to be recharged with a common USB-c cord. To me that was huge because I knew I was going to be using this quite frequently and I didn't want to have to keep buying batteries for the thing. This model also is more powerful than the model she had and has more modes. It is the same size as her model though, which is very small, smaller than the size of an old school Walkman. Very easy to use and it has a clip on the back so you can clip it to your shorts or your waistband while you are using it. It really feels great on achy muscles and is rather enjoyable. I Like that it also comes with a carrying case to keep it safe. This thing is a lifesaver for anybody with chronic pain, especially when Ibuprofen and Tylenol, and muscle relaxers aren't doing the trick. A really awesome, non pharmaceutical method of pain relief which I highly recommend to anybody who has significant pain. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!

When I was at Physio for a leg injury the therapist tried a TENS machine on me and wow I was impressed, all the pain was gone after 20 minutes of the TENS and a Cold pack. I decided to buy my own unit and I have been super happy with it. The amount of stimulating electricity is just as good as the one she had. It feels just about right at a 7 setting, any higher and i start to feel the bite. These units are really portable and the battery power last for many treatments before it needs recharging. The machine itself is well made and the knobs are smooth but stable, they don't easily move around and the cover prevents them from being randomly changed. Overall I would highly recommend this model. My therapist said that hers uses AA batteries and her complaint was that it eats through batteries very quickly. So you really want one like this with rechargeable batteries.

Absolutely worth it. The variety and intensity of the of variety is awesome. The charge stays good for a long time. Only draw back not enough pads. But those can be bought from Amazon. 5 stars because it's that GOOD. Helps with my pains all over. Also has been helping me with lymphatic system. Everyday use.

This is my first foray into TENS units and I'm happy to say it does what I need it to - from GP to just plain ol' muscle pain, this has worked wonders. The unit is easy to use, small enough to slip into a shirt pocket or clip to a shirt collar, the clip keeps it securely attached no matter what I'm doing. Since you get best results by using it regularly, I've been using it twice a day for about an hour each time and find my back is a lot less stiff and I have less pain in my legs. Battery life is great, I get several days use out of this before the battery goes down to halfway.

Based on the low cost price I was a bit skeptical of this product. But after weeks of use, I'm impressed. It works great and really holds a charger. I like the clip on the device has to make it very portable. The only reason not getting 5 stars was the instruction/use guide. The print was so small it was very difficult to read. So a lot of demo time to figure out all the settings and make the adjustments.

Have you ever found a setting you like, but wish the waves of current were longer or stronger? This unit allows you to make those types of adjustments. I have used other TENS units before; once you turn them off, you have to reselect the mode you want. This device stays on the previous mode until you select another one, so you don't have to keep searching or remember that mode you liked. It keeps the mode you used as the default for the next time you turn on the unit. As with other units, you adjust the mode and the intensity of the current. This device also lets you select the frequency of the pulse and the width (which apparently affects the depth of current). I am very pleased with the adjustability of various aspects of the current with this device. It stays on for up to 90 minutes - as opposed to 60 minutes for many other devices. This is an amazing TENS unit. I bought this to replace a $100 unit I've had for 20 years. The amount of control you have over the stimulation is extraordinary. Being able to adjust the time between pulses, the length the pulses and massage time makes personalizing the massage simple with the easy to read display. When used correctly this unit will provide amazing pain relief, so take your time playing with the settings. Always start low or you will regret it! The case provided is light weight which makes it very portable and easy to set up and put away.

Dear team The device worked well without any problems until today. During normal use, the (+) button suddenly stopped working and no longer responds, while the rest of the device still works. I would like to contact the seller to arrange sending the device for inspection and repair under warranty, if applicable.
