I bought this because TikTok convinced me my gut needed the first breakfast of a baby cow. I wasn't sure if I was investing in my health or joining a secret calf cult. After a couple of weeks, my stomach stopped acting like it was auditioning for a disaster movie. I have more energy, less bloating, and I feel healthier. Whether it's science, placebo, or the cows sending me positive vibes, I'm not asking questions. The capsules are easy to swallow, there's no weird taste (thank goodness), and my immune system seems to have gotten the memo that we're trying to stay out of the doctor's office. My only complaint? I now look at baby calves with a strange sense of gratitude. They're out there doing the hard work, and I'm over here benefiting from their life choices. Would I buy it again? Absolutely. Five stars. I was losing literal multiple handfuls of hair daily postpartum, it was absolutely terrifying. Within about 3 days of taking these I started noticing less hair falling out. I’ve been taking them for about 3 weeks now and while I’m still losing a small bit of hair, it’s no longer concerning. I have also always had terribly brittle nails that break off no matter what prenatals/biotin etc I take but my nails have been stronger and longer than ever since taking these! My itchy skin and scalp are feeling better, I’m more regular, less tired and my mood is much more stable! I had really bad postpartum depression with my first, debilitating anxiety with my second, and had my doctors on standby ready to feel awful with my 3rd but I have been totally mentally stable despite being completely sleep deprived. I may be a little impatient but I haven’t experienced the PP rage I felt last time either. I don’t know if that has anything to do with taking colostrum but it’s about the only thing I’ve done differently this time around so I figured it was worth noting. I was getting ready to spend an obscene amount of money on some of those colostrum brands you see advertised all over IG but I had found success with some other supplements from this brand in the past and for $17 I figured I didn’t have anything to really lose if it didn’t help. I’m so glad I took the risk! I will be reordering these probably for the rest of my life! I would recommend anyone to try at least taking a bottle of these, they are inexpensive and if you don’t start to see the effects right away, you don’t lose much. I thought it would take a lot longer to see results but I have been absolutely blown away in the best way!
