This reel appears to be very well made!!! Definitely not something you would think was imported. The paint finish is very nice. Feels very solid. I love the rich orange color and the contrasting black. The hose is very flexible. The recoil action seems very solid. I am a metal sculptor and fabricator of 40 years who collects vintage power tools because of their quality. This fits right in nicely as far as quality. I am so impressed that I just ordered another and will be ordering a third for our community workshop here at our building. Oh it also came tight packed in a nice solid cardboard box. OK... bought two more for myself. One for the other side of my shop and one to use for an indoor retractable watering hose for all the plants I have in my shop and front entrance. Works incredibly well for watering them!!! It took some jury rigging... even though I am not a democrat... but was worth the effort. Couldn't be happier!!!

Wow, it is brilliant and works excellent. It gets the air hose off the floor and less under my feet, it stops and holds position well and retrieved quite well - better than the one at work. Very happy with this purchase 😁

Bought 4 of theses along with the retractable power cords, mounting was so easy the quality is perfect as they get used several times a day, no leakages, the ends are heavy duty, the material is perfect ,the hoses and retractable case is made for commercial uses, the hose length is perfect also

Owned for a couple weeks and using it for sandblasting, filling tires, and general shop use. Installation was straightforward — mounts to a single stud and comes with all necessary hardware. The only tricky part was getting the sleeves to stay in place during setup, but nothing major. The retraction mechanism works exactly as it should: clicks to lock at different lengths and reels back in smoothly. Build quality is sturdy, I like the orange color, and the swivel works well. The hybrid hose itself is solid and flexible. One note: you'll need to buy your own fittings to connect to your compressor and hose end — not a dealbreaker, but worth knowing. Performance-wise, it handled sandblasting without any pressure drop, and everyday tasks were no problem. For the price, this is a quality unit. Would recommend.
