JOERSH Silicone Egg Mold for Breakfast Sandwiches, 4 Inch, 2 Pack

I have used these for the air fryer a few times to make eggs for making english muffin breakfast sandwiches with. They are a good size to make eggs to fit those well, with a perfect round shape. In my large air fryer I can fit one of these molds at a time. They handle the heat fine, release food well, and clean easily. They do not seem to have a negative impact on food taste. I have not had a problem with food sticking, and they are easy to use. They get a bit hot to the touch when coming out of the air fryer, but you can use mitts or utensils to help.

Absolutely love these! They are super sturdy even know they are silicone. Have used and loved how easy they were to use. There was no leakage at all and they the egg bites kept shape perfectly. Also love how you can make so many different types of egg bites the versatility is endless. Plus can’t beat they were an ease to clean! No scrubbing needed.

These silicone egg molds are a great size for meal prepping breakfast for the week. We make eggs for breakfast sandwiches, mini omelets, mini pancakes and homemade McGriddle dupes. They are easy to clean and you can use them for so many different breakfast options. However, I do wish they were sturdy because you have to remember to put them on a baking sheet before filling them with eggs or you will not be able to pick them up. They will not fit on the smaller aluminum standard baking trays without one section having to be at an angle and only one will fit on the larger standard aluminum baking trays.

Work great to bake my smaller size Cinnamon rolls in.

Love these. Perfect for my flatbread. Although you do have to use baking sheet unde themor items don't bake properly. Easy to clean and very little sticking. Also use to make flat cookie rounds for ice-cream sandwiches, keeps them uniformly shaped.

Once tray is full of liquid its hard to transfer to oven because its too flimsy and it spills over!!

I make all kinds of things in them cup of flour, cup of sugar type recipes fills both trays and voilla, the house smells like heaven. Bisquick mix with all kinds of goodies like bacon and olive and a bunch of cheese fills one tray. 10stars for ease of use, 10 stars for ease of cleaning, 1 star for my own user error the first time expecting I can lift a tray without it sitting on a very sturdy metal pan. Yes, place them on a sturdy metal tray or rack that will be the thing you move the molds in and out of the oven with. It's silicone, its gonna bend and be floppy, but it holds its shape real nice for baking.
