Very helpful with lower back stiffness. I wear to bed at night and no longer wake up with the stiffness. Very impressed with the results from such a simple cheap product.

Well it turned up on time which is a plus to start with.It is a nice fit for myself though maybe could of got away with a smaller size.I found when worn next to the skin it gets very hot very quickly but when worn over shirt or t-shirt it a lot more comfortable. I suffer from a crumbling spine and lots of pain because of it but I found the belt does help with the pain but I do have to be careful as my spine is damaged so any type of support could do more harm than good but at the moment I would recommend it. As it suggests it may be a good idea to talk to your doctor about it first.My only negative is there are no instructions or written documents in with it which I believe would benefit the product.

This arrived today and I put it on straight away. I'm a size 12 but bought a large after reading the other reviews. It fits, the strap is at the end of the velcro but its secure enough. It could be let out and made bigger by at least another 4".Had the belt on for nearly 2 hours now, what can I say, its brilliant. Heated up after about an hour and now it feels like I'm sitting here with a hot water bottle on my back. The support seems good but i'l check that out at work tomorrow. My sciatica has at least halved, I am walking with less pain. Would I recommend this product, definitely. 5 stars from me!

I suffer from lower back pain,sciatica & disc pain,the support gives me good heat & pain relief for my back ,the support can get very hot so it depends on your toleration of heat

I would give this zero stars if I could. It is not self heating and it is extremely uncomfortable, the materials used and the finish,make it completely unsuitable for wearing next to the skin. I'm not sure it's wide enough to be of any support too,but I couldn't say for sure as I had to take it off after five minutes as it was so uncomfortable. Very disappointing that this is sold and gets ones hopes up of pain relief/support. Made me feel even lower as a result of my pain as I had hoped this would help but back to square one : (

Didn’t really do much for me and found it super itchy

I've been suffering from sciatica for quite some time now so thought it was time to take the plunge and look into lumbar support options. Since I didn't really know what would work for me, I decided to go with this as it's cheap. Literally the only motivation behind this purchase.It's a solid effort on the part of the manufacturer; reasonably well made, moderately comfortable and, again, cheap. One of the reasons it's not exceeded my low expectations is the fact that my pain is in a really low part of my back and there doesn't seem to be a designed way to keep the belt from riding up - not a huge deal breaker, admittedly... it's probably because I have a troublesome beer gut. The only other critique I might mention to prospective buyers is that, for me, the heat (I'm not 100% sure how that works) feels a little too intense around the front but not so much on the back. I only mention this because I've noticed other reviews with the same issue but, conversely, others with mention of no heat at all.So there it is; my life story with this product. Hope it's helpful in some way and good luck, my thoughts are with any other sciatica sufferers out there.
