Is the pillow adjustable? Can I tweak it to be softer or firmer?

Yes! It’s designed for easy customization. To soften, unzip the inner cover and remove small amounts of shredded memory foam gradually, fluffing as you go. For firmness, simply add more foam to the inner chamber and redistribute evenly.

My pillow isn’t fluffing up as expected—what can I do?

No panic! It’s vacuum-packed for travel. Try this Unwrap & stretch all over, easing squished edges. Shake hard like a plush dance, then knead clumps gently. Let it breathe 24–48h in a airy spot—it’ll puff up！

Does this pillow provide good back support?

Absolutely—MittaGonG’s got your back! MittaGonG’s contoured design hugs your body, giving steady support for sitting upright. Great for reflux, recovery, nursing, or chillin’—it keeps posture comfy and slouch-free!

Can I wash the cover? Is it removable?

Yep! The cover’s removable—just unzip and toss in the wash (cold water, low dry). Easy clean, fresh pillow—done!
