The ones who used it on Bamboo, how did you apply it? What ratio? Thanks

It worked well but I used it on Lucky Bamboo which is not a real bamboo it belongs to the cucumber family.

Can I use this this for my bonsai?

I imagine you can use it on a bonsai tree . its just fertilizer i would be sparring with it though bonsai trees have very shallow pots and would make sure it dont come into direct contact with the roots. It might burn them if applied directly.

Can I premix this fertilizer with a gallon of water and use to fill pot as necessary or will it loose it's effectiveness over time?

You can premix it. The fertilizer may settle to the bottom if left unused for a long period of time. Another option is to mix part of the bottle with less water.
