Absolutely love this grandfather clock. We ordered to place on the mantle of our home. It took about 20 minutes to set up clock, easy to follow instructions. The clock volume can be adjusted and it goes quite at night so it doesn’t disturb you. Absolutely amazing clock for the price and size.

Nice looking and accurate timewise. Chimes may be a challenge to get to the desired settings but the instructions are very good. All the available settings work as advertised. My clock is mounted on the wall. With the speaker tight against the wall volume is muted, even when set to the maximum volume level. I improved this by putting narrow 1/4" thick wall spacer (vertical top to bottom in the center and horizontal near the bottom on the wall behind the clock and now get the desired volume from the clock's speaker. If the clock is used as a mantel clock, the chimes sound wonderful. The volume control allows the clock to be set to comfortable db levels. The feature I also enjoy as there are no chimes after 9 PM and before 6 AM. This is especially important since out sleeping area is only a room away from the clock.

Exactly what I expected. Like 5hat it is programmed for the chimes to go off at 10pm and restart at 6am. Numbers could be darker, more distinct

Really a good looking and working clock. Only thing we don’t like is we cannot open the front of it to move the hands, if needed. A little hard to set, but once set, it will keep good time. Overall, love the clock. It serves its purpose well.

Nice clock, though some materials seemed cheap (the swinging pendulum). Stars removed because the face of the pendulum was lightly scuffed. I returned for replacement and the replacement had the same scuffs on the pendulum and a scuff on the outside of the main body of the clock. The pendulum should have had a protective cover on what is a focal point on the clock. I realize it wasn't that expensive in the grand scheme of grandfather clocks, but I expect products I pay hard earned money for to be flawless when I first get them.

Gift for my wife and she loves it. The chime going off from 9p-6a is a nice feature. Remarkably clean chime sound.

Don't be impatient when setting up the clock, it takes a while, but it's worth it. I found that I had to repeat some stages as I got the order of what to do wrong. I'm really pleased with its operation and look, and especially pleased that it silences itself overnight.

Our little boy loves big ben! He is obsessed! So, we bought this to.being a little bit of Big Ben into the house. Good quality, looks more expenesive than it is, and value for money. Slightly fiddly to set up at the start, but asking as you thoroughly read the instructions first, then you shouldn't have too much problem. It loud! Although that can be adjusted on the back. Can clearly.be heard all.around the house, so the 2200 till 0700 silent function is very handy!
