So good! Hand size. Not bad on price! Very loud. Waterproof. Easy to tote around. Not heavy at all, sound quality is great! Easy to connect to Bluetooth. The color is so cute!

We've had JBL speakers for a while and needed an upgrade! Love this JBL Go 4 Bluetooth Speaker. It’s compact and easy to take anywhere, the sound quality amazing for the size. The bass is strong, the battery lasts a long time, and it’s perfect for travel, the beach, pool days, or just around the house. Love that it’s waterproof and durable while still looking sleek and portable.

Impressive sound for such a small speaker, with better bass than I expected. Good option if you want something portable without giving up too much audio quality. I’ve been using this mainly for casual listening around the house and outside, and while camping, and it connects to Bluetooth quickly and reliably every time—no pairing issues so far. Sound quality is solid for the size. It gets reasonably loud and has decent bass compared to other ultra-compact speakers. It’s not going to replace a larger speaker, but it performs well within its size class. Build quality also stands out. The unit feels durable, and the waterproof/dustproof design makes it a good choice for outdoor use. The integrated strap is a nice touch for carrying or hanging it. Battery life has been good, and it charges quickly, which makes it easy to grab and go without worrying about downtime. Id say its a good value for the price. The buttons also are easy to use and give nice feedback when pressing them. Cons: Limited bass compared to larger speakers (expected for the size) Bottom line: If you want a small, durable Bluetooth speaker that sounds good and works reliably, this is a solid choice. Definitely better than most of the cheaper knockoff options in this size range.

It’s extremely portable. Its battery life isn’t great, but it’s enough. It’s rugged and definitely waterproof. It can take a beating. It gets pretty loud for how small it is. Don’t get your expectations too high, but its sound quality is great for the size. Its loudness is great, and its bass is well, it’s there. You can’t expect much from such a little speaker. I use it for shower time. It works very well for that, as you can just plop it in the shower with you. You can hear it over the water plenty fine.

PROS: Great little speaker, really good sound, nice color. Fits in the palm of your hand. Easy to set up and use. Connects instantly to iPhone. No other app needed. Will play any music you have stored in there. CONS: Tips over easily, not a huge problem. Battery life is pretty short, MAYBE just 3 hours before needing recharge. You can always recharge in your car. Small strap on it doesn't stretch so it can't hang on anything easily. Again, not that big a deal for me.

The sound that comes out of this tiny speaker is crazy. It has a surprising amount of bass, and it gets LOUD! If I didn’t know better, it would be very easy to assume it was a much larger speaker. Is it perfect? No. In the upper volumes it doesn’t sound as good as when it’s around 50% or below. But I don’t think any speaker this size would be able to pump out audiophile quality perfect sound, just due to the form factor. With a few custom equalizer settings, I am BEYOND impressed with this thing! It’s solidly built, surprisingly weighty for the size, doesn’t sound tinny, and is perfect for packing around the house while doing chores, yard work, gardening, camping, on the lake, etc. I could even see getting a couple and using them in a home office or gaming setup, because these can be used while they’re plugged in/charging. The battery life could be better, but it’s decent enough for most uses, and if you download the JBL app it will show you what the battery percentage is at on the speaker so you know if you should charge it before heading out. Definitely recommend!! Especially if you can snag it while it’s on sale; I managed to get this during a random unannounced sale for $35cdn (all other colours were on sale for $46 at the time)!! Maybe it’s because the white is less popular, so they were trying to clear stock? I’m not sure. But mine was sold/shipped by Amazon (at the time of review, some of the colours in this listing are sold by third party sellers), and the box was sealed, so it’s not a refurb or anything like that. “White” is definitely more of a soft grey than white, if that matters to anyone, but you can buy silicone bumpers in different colours to protect it and change up the look.
