The freezer is great so far, it freezers really fast , plenty of room being 4 drawers, enough for the two of us.I like it that much that I bought the Russell hobbs larder fridge which arrives soon , I hope it's just as good.The delivery person on the other hand was rude, inconsiderate and un helpful,I'm disabled and he just laughed at me whilst leaving the freezer at my door step, said he couldn't bring it in over my two small steps, despite walking 10 yards with it .I was utterly horrified at his attitude, who ever employed him really need to consider it or send him on a customer service course .

Fits under counter nicely a lot quieter than old one nice color black plenty of room for size of it (4draw) easy set up looks well made only a tiny thing no light eny were to show its on have to put ear on door you can just hear it very pleased anyway

Looks fine - suits my purpose as an extra freezer that Does not look out of place somewhere other than the kitchen. No interior light - so 4 rather than 5 stars - Set up quickly and easily from the box. Works well. No frills but excellent value for money.

Personally there's nothing to dislike about this under counter freezer. To me it's ideal for someone on their own, the storage containers are nice and deep.They fit all that I need in terms of frozen foods. One key point is that it's not frost free, however if one keeps on top of periodic cleaning and say defrost maybe every two weeks then it's job done.I feel it is also ideal as free standing as it fits about anywhere. It is good as per energy efficiency and it is rated F. This is equal toe the old A rating.For the price it's great value for money and it's ideal if you have a static caravan. Moreover if you have a large family and have say a utility room then it would be ideal as a back up. So many thanks to Amazon and Rusell hobs.

This freezer was a good price and fits well in the only space left in my black kitchen. Similar to the matching fridge we had to change the hinge on the front door which again took some time before could leave it to stand for 3 hours to settle before filling.I had to struggle to fit food from my old 3 drawer freezer into this 4 drawer one which meant I had to separate some things that I had hoped to get in one complete drawer.My previous freezer had a neat, top sliding shelf inside the very top drawer for ice cubes. I tried to insert it in this freezer but alas, it was slightly too large to fit in. I would therefore suggest that this could be added on a newer model?All in all, I am very happy with this purchase.
