Vitamins, not candy
So I suppose I already had an advantage here; my 6yo was under the impression that taking vitamins was a very grown up thing to do (having watched Mommy do it, and having been told Mommy’s vitamins were too powerful and therefore dangerous for her to eat) and was very eager to try these. As she danced around me while I opened the bottle, I looked her in the eyes and said sternly, “Okay, now I have to warn you: THESE ARE NOT CANDY. They are vitamins. They will NOT taste good.” She stood still and stared up at me with sudden concern written all over her face, but she took the gummy bravely and said, “Okay.” Once she chewed it for a while, her cheer returned as she exclaimed gleefully, “You were wrong, Momma! They’re not so bad! They’re actually kind of good!” Sometimes I think it’s more about our confidence and delivery than their tastebuds. But the kids who need vitamins generally expect everything they put in their mouths to taste like Pepsi or nacho cheesier Doritos, so I can see why so many little are having a hard time with these. I grew up like that too and loved Flinstones chewables, so there’s always that. But if you’re looking for something more natural, these are it. Just don’t smell them. Like every other iron-containing vitamin ever, they stink.

Mixed Feelings
Okay. So these smell awful and I think they have a horrible aftertaste. They stay in a big solid ugly glob. But my son loves them! He wants to have more than just 1. They are very soft and easy to chew, which I love. It's really hard to find a chewable multivitamin for toddlers, with iron, that is easy for them to chew. So we love these.

Kidd’s love em
My grade schooler had low iron, so we spent a good amount of time looking for an iron supplement that wasn’t a) totally disgusting b) filled with crap and c) actually had a decent amount of iron. This one fit the bill. My kids think they’re amazing. As an adult who has lost her childish ability to value all sugary candy, I acknowledge that they have that funky iron-y taste, but this is totally lost on my kids.

Disgusting!
They smell like vitamins. Gross gag worthy vitamins. My 8 year old refused to try it because of the smell. When I finally convinced her to taste it, she gagged. To see just how bad it tasted, I reluctantly tried it (I have bad memories from smelling vitamins when I had bad morning sickness). She was not wrong. I could taste a hint of sweetness but it is overpowered by the taste of vitamins that hits the back of the throat. I don’t know how any child could willingly take this. I still taste it after trying it 5 minutes ago. Gag!

Smells awful, but luckily my kid still eats them!
We found it REALLY hard to find a multivitamin that has iron in it, so we were so happy when we found these! However, our 5 year old didn't love how they taste... and they smell awful! My husband tried one and said they don't taste as bad as they smell, but I'll just have to take his word on that since I can't get passed the smell. We were able to convince our son to eat them because it was either these or he'd have to start eating actual food high in iron (Ohhh, the humanity for our picky little eater!), but it was a daily struggle to get through the whole bottle. When it was time to re-order, I told him we were ordering a different flavor. He said they tasted much better and doesn't complain about taking them now! (Yes, they only come in 1 flavor but sometimes you do what you gotta do as a parent... please don't judge)! :)

Experience
The flavor is not good but the packaging and colors helped to “sell” the idea to my son that it is candy (he is 2) he didn’t liked it at first but after 2/3 days after trying and making him believe it was actually candy, he now asks for it!And I’m happy because it’s all naturalDefinitely sticking to this vitamin forever

Great vitamin but flavor is a little different.
I love that these vitamins pretty much have everything my toddlers need. However they didn’t work for us. Neither of mine would eat them. The iron flavor is stout and they are covered with a sweet sugar like substance. Great value just couldn’t get them to eat them.

My 2 year old loves them!
I was worried about my 2 year old if he would eat these cuz let’s face it, it has iron in it which can taste nasty! I have not tried them myself but he LOVES them and takes them willingly which has been a relief for this momma whose son has anemia!
