Ran over 1.5 miles and didnโt even realize it!! Wasnโt winded at all, and it definitely helped my breathing for when I started to run without it. 10/10

Too much resistance, and it's for exhale only
The product listing does not state that this breath trainer is only for exhaling. Instructions state you are to inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth. I bought this for inhale training to lower blood pressure, but you only find out in the instructions included with the trainer that this device is supposed to be exhale only. Also, the resistance is far too strong, even on it's most open setting. Not only can I not inhale through this thing, I can't even exhale.
