The product does reduce pain to a great extent. You need to find your mode and intensity which takes a few tries. But once you find it, it is very soothing. It is. Comfortable to use. Inconspicuous and compact. You can wear it anywhere. Vibration level is not too bad. Good quality.

Worked wonders the first two months and then stopped working suddenly . I tried raising warranty claims but the site didn't register my warranty at all ket asking me to wait 24 hours for months . It's been 3 more months since it stopped working every month I try to register 2-3 times but it's no use as they don't provide warranty claim .
