This knife is incredibly sharp right out of the box! It has a great weight & balance, with an excellent handle & grip. My only reservation was the lack of Ideogram Marks on the Blade, Centre Stud on the Handle, & Mark on the End of the Handle, differing from the illustration. Although this has no impact on the performance, which is superb, it's a little disappointing they're missing from my version. Apart from this minor issue, I would highly recommend this item after using it for some weeks. Also, Customer Service is excellent, with prompt replies & communication regarding any enquiries. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase, & would definitey purchase other items in this range.

This knife is very good, it's very sharp which is what you would expect from something like this. The size is perfect because it will easily fit in your drawer with your other cutlery, the blade is easy to clean and the handle is comfortable to hold. It's good quality and it's value for money, I would highly recommend this.

Solid quality knife, on the heavier side. Very sharp, caution required. I had some issues with the knife alignment but the manufacturer customer service was very helpful, all sorted.

Handle has shrunk. It's no longer flush with the metal bits holding it in place. Needs regular sharpening. It's a tang blade so I can make my own handle when it eventually cracks/splits but for example. I have a similar knife that is 123 years old. Handle is solid. Getting the handle wet will see you in same situation.

Was getting on fine ,lovely knife but somehow I lost it ,must have got thrown out with veggie peelings ..i give it 10/10 , but cannot afford another .However it was a good buy .

Très bon petit couteau acier de qualité

Venía afilado; pero no como a mí me gusta. Pensé que con el afilador que uso para los cuchillos de cocina sería suficiente. Es de los que tienen láminas de afilado y de suavizado y va muy bien con hojas normales o blandas. A este cuchillo...le hizo cosquillas. Cuatro sesiones y...bien poco. Por fin acudí a mi piedra de afilar (para formones, cuchillas de cepillos) y... realmente tiene una buena hoja. Dura, como el acero de las cuchillas de cepillo Stanley; pero bien afilado da gusto trabajar con él. Es cómodo, ergonómico, pesa. Espero que el afilado dure, pues ha llevado trabajo. Eso sí, desde mi experiencia, evita comprar si no se tiene acceso a una buena piedra de afilar. No se le sacará partido.

Cons: - The blade requires sharpening more frequently due to the lower quality steel (HRC 54-56). Steels in the HRC 54-56 range are often found in budget knives and prioritize affordability and corrosion resistance over edge retention. These are best suited for light use and require frequent maintenance to perform well. Overall: For the price, this knife is a great deal. It’s perfect for light use, and as long as you don’t mind sharpening it occasionally, it’s a solid choice. I’d definitely recommend it for budget-conscious buyers.

Très satisfait de cet achat. Les coupes sont d'une netteté impressionnante, parfaites pour des présentations soignées et appétissantes. La qualité visuelle est au rendez-vous. Un bémol toutefois : j'attends de juger la résistance de la lame sur la durée.
