I got these women’s multivitamins to add to my daily health routine, and so far I’ve been pleased with them. I like the combination of vitamins and minerals included and that the formula contains nutrients such as vitamin D3, B vitamins, zinc, biotin, and selenium all in one supplement. I take two capsules a day with food, as directed, and they’ve been easy to incorporate into my routine. So far, I haven’t experienced any stomach upset or other unwanted side effects. The capsules are easy for me to take, and I also appreciate that they don’t have a strong taste or unpleasant smell. I’ve felt good while taking them and feel like they complement the health and wellness goals I’ve been working toward. I also like that they’re non-GMO, iron-free, and made without gluten or soy. These are seriously so good. Probably the best vitamins I’ve ever taken. They are pretty intense and strong though. If you don’t normally take vitamins, I’d personally start with one a day for the first two or three weeks before moving up to two. Taking two right away hit my stomach like ten bricks 😂 Compared to the basic one-a-day vitamins I’ve taken before, I can definitely tell a difference with these. You might feel a little rough at first, but for me, I’ve felt really good since taking them. My diet isn’t always the most balanced, so I feel like they help fill in some of the gaps. I personally take these along with vitamin D and fish oil, and I’ve been feeling great on that combination.

Really happy with this multivitamin so far. The capsules are easy to take and I like the ingredient profile compared with some of the other multivitamins I’ve tried. It fits easily into my daily routine and I haven’t had any issues with it. Overall, a solid option for a daily multivitamin.

These vitamins seem to work, giving me more energy and all the other benefits. BUT every single time I take them I feel this intense nausea, I have thrown up once even after taking them 5 min later. The nausea does go away after a few minutes tho. I thought maybe it’s because I took it once on an empty stomach so I continued to take them after eating but it still makes me nauseous.

I can’t say that this is a must to take as if your well being only depends on it. But I have noticed that my overall heath has improved. I started to feel less sluggish, productive, focused, and has noticed my face, skin, and hair look healthy again. I take a pill/day with breakfast (no tea or coffee for 2h) to allow healthy fats works its magic with this supplement. I occasionally take it with nuts in the middle of the day instead. Very important that you take it with healthy food. Do not consume with soda, junk food to allow your body absorb all the vitamins efficiently. I am one-meal/day person so this has helped me overcome my vitamins deficiency.
