Item is not wrkng it's defective n ther is no replacement nor refund happng yet.

Very very bad product
The powder gets moist and no tea or coffee is made everyday lots of water powered and electricity is wasted

Worst product.
Deserves no star. The worst product I have ever used. It's mentioned it needs daily maintenance, whereas it requires hourly. The premix gets blocked and no proper tea/coffee is made. Very disappointing.
