Just order it. EXCELLENT customer service. I placed this couch on the 28th of Feb it was delivered 5 days later! I purchased the BEIGE U-SHAPE.It came in 6 huge boxes so definitely be prepared for lots of trash! It took about 2 hrs to put together. ADORE how EVERY PART of this couch is washable. So comfortable, cushions came vacuum sealed so they fluff more and more after removing.

But this and prepare to be jabbed a million times by feathers.It appears to be a beautiful sofa, but it’s extremely dangerous and shouldn’t be purchased for $2000. While it looks amazing, don’t even think about sitting on it or sleeping on it. You’ll be stabbed repeatedly. The fabric used for the inserts of the feather pillows is incredibly weak and allows the feathers to escape. Every morning, I find myself pulling feathers out of the sofa and having them pop all over the cushions.I contacted the sellers, and they sent money to have it professionally cleaned. The cleaners came out and basically laughed at the idea of cleaning it, saying it would actually make it worse by pulling out more feathers. However, they did it anyway. And yes, they were right.The problem isn’t with the cleaning of the sofa; it’s with its construction. The fabric used for the pillow inserts is not thick enough.I’ve had many pieces of furniture with feathers, but none with this extent of issues.

I couldnt afford a real Cloud Couch , but this is a good couch made almost as comfortable with the addition of several throw pillows. Large enough for a great double date experience.

Bought the 162” U shape and was not disappointed. Assembly was do able with just myself. After the first piece it started flowing really well. Came in 6 boxes. Incredibly fluffy. I’ve owned some more expensive sofas and this is probably my favorite. I bought the color beige.

HORRIBLE! Zero stars. I can’t say what I nightmare this was. The delivery was a week earlier than expected so we weren’t home when it came and only half of it arrived. Never got the other half. The other half was such bad quality I was shocked. I bought this impulsively and can’t confidently say it is the most regrettable purchase I’ve ever made on Amazon. Cheap looking Velcro covers on top of plywood and memory foam. Definitely not a real couch.- surprised that Amazon has it for sale. We were totally duped. Please do not buy- I wouldn’t take this is we were paid to do so.

The couch arrived in 6 boxes (tons of trash be prepared) but it was very easy to assemble with no tools needed if you don’t want the sections connected (I didn’t). One of my covers looked like it got caught in a machine so I contacted the company and they are sending me a new one, hassle free. I love it, everything fluffed up easily and it’s super comfy. Easy to clean covers make of kind of a looped polyester type fabric. Good buy!
