I’m really happy with these lancets, they are perfect for my machine and are a great price. I got the multipack which includes 68 ‘drums’ (each containing 6 lancets) between 2 boxes, which makes 408 lancets altogether so this will definitely last me quite a while. The fact that the lancets come in a drum is really handy as it means you don’t have to switch out the lancets as often (previous blood sugar tests I have done have only held one lancet at a time), and is also a lot safer as you don’t have to handle individual needles when changing it, as it is protected by the plastic drum. This makes the process a lot quicker and safer, and overall, a lot easier. The actual lancets are painless as such things can be – they are very small fine needles, just enough to draw a little blood so it’s not uncomfortable or painful at all.Accu-chek is a very reputable and well-trusted brand and I think the quantity and quality of lancets in this multipack is an excellent value for money. I don’t need to worry that I’m going to run out any time soon, even if you were to check your blood sugar daily. Overall, I would definitely recommend these lancets to anybody who is looking for a reliable, pain-free, and decently priced set of lancets.

Up until recently I was a T2 diabetic and switched from oral medication to insulin and did a lot of finger pricking. Since then it turns out I’m actually T1 (well, LADA) and have a CGM so don’t finger prick as much.These are exactly the same as the lancets I’m usually prescribed, work flawlessly in my ‘finger-pricker’ (I’m not sure if the actually name for it) and do exactly what they need to.If you need to finger-prick for diabetic, or other health reasons, and don’t get the equipment free on prescription, you can’t go wrong with these provided you also use a Accu-Chek meter and finger-pricker.You get loads at a great price and they’ll keep you stocked for ages.

I regularly monitor my blood sugar as I was pre-diabetic and keen not to get near that again.When I ordered, I didn’t realise that these need the fastclix pen to go with them, but in for a pound in for a penny, so I ordered one. I’m really glad I did because these hurt much less than the ones I was using with my old pen! What is more is that once loaded, you’re good to go for six samples before you need to swap the cartridge. This makes it all easier and quicker and there is less handling of things, so better hygene.The pack is excellent value for money also.

I wasn't happy with meter and lancets i was getting from my GP, so i invested in my own one.It needs these lancets and I have found them to be great.They are exceptionally good value for what you get.They come sealed and well presented, and you can tell they are decent quality.I have been testing 3x a day as its been out of control so i go through a lot of these.They are good and shape and a single prick does the job.Greta items

This is a two pack of lancet cartridges for the Accu-Chek FastClix Lancet Pen. There are 34 cartridges in each box and each cartridge contains 6 lancets. 408 lancets in total for both boxes.It's simple and easy to use and much more convenient especially when away from home. I did need to purchase the Accu-Chek FastClix lancet pen as these didn't fit my existing lancet pen but it was well worth it. There are 6 pre-loaded lancets in each drum which reduces the need for handling individual lances. This is a great idea.

As a mother of a daughter who has had two seizures due to hyperglycaemia we always like to keep these in her kit. Due not having any repeat episodes in 7 1/2 years she was signed off from the diabetic clinic. This meant, I could no longer get the needles Other than to pay for them. With this coming as a box of two, I know we have plenty should they be needed as each lancet contains six needles. Fit her current glucose pens perfectly.
