Functional but not secure I’d think
I bought this to get it delivered quickly while on holiday - we forgot our usual ventlocks ( we have several but forgot them) this works but it’s of a much finer diameter steel and I fear a pair of decent bolt croppers will cut it to pieces in seconds...... buy a proper vent lock instead
