I have tried Turtle Wax bug and Tar and a few others and they didn't perform very well. I was sceptical on buying a gallon of this but trusted the reviews. I have a Sprinter Class C Motorhome with a Diamond Sheild on front and the rest is Clear Coat. I tested a small area (Lic Plate) and it took the lovebugs off easily. So I expanded to the hood and grill. I diluted the mixture 1:1 sprayed on heavy and let it set. It started to dry a bit so I reapplied and used a bug scrubber and easily removed the Love Bugs and stains from them. I used a hose to rinse off. Next day I noticed a film left on the front. So I had to wash the front with soap/water and a hand mitt. Rinsed and its all good. I would recommend this product..

This item really works! Not just on the splattered bugs on windshields and frontal car grills; but sap removal from parking underneath a maple tree and the sun beaming down, practically baking it on! We all know how difficult it is to knuckle scrub stuck on sap! Bug off gets it, without hours of scrubbing! Great product, highly recommend. Thank you Bug Off! :)

I recently purchased a matte grey car. I wanted to get cleaning products that allowed me to keep the car clean with minimal physical contact with the car. This product is very safe on my matte paint. I make sure the paint is cool and I spray this on and let it dwell, making sure to rinse it off before it dries. The bugs on the car typically just spray off when I spray off the product with the pressure washer. If I have to physically wipe the are, it takes very little pressure to remove what remains. I keep two spray bottles of this product. One is a 50/50 mix with DI water and one is full strength. I tend to use the 50/50 mix most often. If I had a recent night drive where the front end is heavily covered with bugs, then I will go with the full strength. I am very picky about the products I use on my matte paint. This product has got my vote.

It works decently. I've found spraying the bugged locations and allowing to sit for a couple of minutes then washing removes the majority of bugs. I haven't encountered any fading of plastics or other adverse reactions.

I’ve tried many bug removal products, but this stuff really works! Upon using I noticed that it smelled the same as the fluid that I’ve used to clean my windows at a handful of nicer gas stations (you’ll recognize the smell if you buy it). Overall, great product, works every time, we use it on the front of our camper in the summer and haven’t had any discoloration. Will buy more!

I ran across this product while researching you-tube videos. The suggested dilution rate was 3 parts water to one part product. It worked great removing fly poop off my white pick up truck. I did need to lightly wipe the truck after a minutes and it came off nicely.

This is the best product for removing bugs, I preach heavily on this product to everyone because of how great it is, simply spray it on the car, let it set, watch the bug guts dissolve, then rinse, no scrubbing needed for surface bugs (scrubbing may be necessary for bugs that sat on for too long). I also wanna say that my headlights were oxidized and I sprayed this stuff on and it melted the oxidation off 👀 The best detailing product I’ve ever spent money on!!

Best bug remover I've ever used. I've tried multiple box store bug remover, none of them were that great. This one works incredibly well. Only takes 5 mins and then wipe away. Might need a second application in spots spots if they are really baked on. Would highly recommend.

Spray it on the bug splatter on your car, agitate the wet splatter with a sponge and it will wash right off. I can’t recommend this product enough

amazing... the front portion of my Sprinter was full of dead bugs. I put this stuff on, and it was all gone in seconds !
