600 Ballpoint Pen, Medium Point, Black Ink, Silver Barrel, Refillable

With its extremely practical and beautifully thought out post-modern design, the Rotring 600 Ballpoint is more than outstanding. Mine is in a satin finished silver and several years old now, but shows absolutely no signs of wear and remains beautiful, in a very contemporary sense. The pen is perfectly sized and wonderfully comfortable. Though quite slim, the pen's gripping area is finely crosshatched, in no way abrasive, and provides a totally non-slip grip. Thoughtful touches, of which there are many, includes a beveling where the grip meets the hexagonal body, ensuring a perfectly smooth transition. The top button (knock) which extends/retracts the refill is literally Caran d"Ache smooth. A slender, extremely comfortable pen, the Rotring is equally suitable for quick note taking as well as extended writing. A beautifully machined and incredibly comfortable, reliable pen.

i love it so much it’s incredibly comfy to write with mechanically very hefty in a good way. The finish started to rub away though and the brass is showing through but still looks good

this pen flows beautifully..smooth, nice dark if you use pressure or lighter if not. I so ballpoint pen drawings, large with lots of intricate detail, so this is almost perfect. Why 4 stars...the grip, while is is textured metal, is not comfortable for me as it lands right on the bone of my (thin) finger. However, I think if I wrap some silicone tape around it, it will be more comfortable. I certainly will keep the pen. Pricey but worth it!

I am a long time ballpoint pen collector and have hundreds in my collection going back to the 1960's. The Rotring 600 and Rotring Rapid Pro are the best ballpoint pens I have ever used. With the knurled grip, solid brass construction, and Parker style refills that can be found anywhere - they should last you a lifetime and are virtually indestructible. I hope they continue making these forever. Very happy with seller. I highly recommend.

The quality of this Rotring 600 pen is very high. From the look, the feel, the click sound it makes from the push button clicker, to the way it writes. Everything about it feels like quality. The pen also writes very smoothly and there is no skipping at all in the ink when writing. I am extremely happy with it.

I'm a big fan of Rotring. For years I've used their mechanical pencils but lately I've started to prefer taking notes using pen and ink. So I decided to stick with the brand and try out their ballpoint pen. Super happy to find out that the pens are just as well built and pleasant to use as the pencils. If you've never used a Rotring they are a machined metal body that is shaped in a hexagon with nice knurling on the grips and a super satisfying mechanism to retract the tip. They're heavier than your typical pen/pencil and built super tough. If you like writing with something a bit heftier, these are definitely the pen for you.

I'm not sure whether to rate this a 3 or a 2. The pen (barrel) and design is awesome - I really like to hold it and use it. But the ink performance is atrocious. You have to keep a piece of scrap paper handy so you can get the ink going when you want to write with it. It could be my favorite pen...if it would write first time, every time.

It's s rotring, it's the only pen you'll need. It takes parker style g2 refills so it's relatively cheap.

Ótima. Escreve bem, compatível com refil tipo Parker G2. Bonita, design industrial, muito boa mesmo. As lapiseiras deles já mostram grande qualidade. Escolha seu melhor refil g2 (no Brasil tem crown gel F, ou Schneider 755xb - minha opinião) e aproveite!

Look & writing though good but the click is not smooth as one expects from such pen Update on 28th April. I haven't written more than 200 alphabets & pen has stopped working, which makes me think that seller had sent me a used product.
