Supporting and comfy
I am 5'6" 152 lbs with an athletic build. My thigh measured 18" at the 5" mark above my knee. So I got the XXL. The fit was right on. They are very comfy and supportive. I highly recommend this product. I just wish they had other color options.

Descent pair of knee sleeves.
These knee sleeves are great. I use them for leg day, and they don't disappoint. The gel cushion around the knee cap helps protect it during lunges. Overall a great product.

Not helpful for me
I got this due to swelling in my knees. I have an inflammatory arthritis and hoped it would help. However the tops of these compression sleeves are so tight it makes them very uncomfortable to have on. A larger size wouldn’t have put the right pressure on my knees. Even 20 minutes in these has the top cutting into me. My thighs are a normal size for someone who isn’t young and athletic so be aware.

Comfortable and great support!
These braces are very comfortable and the stabilizing side braces provides great support.It helped reduce pain and increased mobility.The knee sleeves have the gel material to make it stay up on your leg. It is a great product I have put 100 miles on my bike in a day and it doesn’t move.All I can say is: Very nice.

Great elastic knit compression knee sleeve
This elastic knit compression sleeve has medial and lateral stabilizers. There's a soft gel around the kneecap to support to the knee and kneecap. Is lightweight, low profile, breathable, and comfortable. I wore it during a bike ride and walks for extra support. I'd probably go a size down if you want a really tight fit. I measured my legs and it was 19" I'm circumference and got an XXL but i feel like is not tight enough.
