I wouldn't eat anything that came in contact with this.
Product arrived in a smashed up box with holes in it where the machine punched through the cardboard. The pasta machine itself had no inner packaging, so it was open to contaminants in shipping and warehouses. The exterior of the machine is also greasy or oily. The instructions state that you cannot wash any part of the machine itself, only dust it off. In this condition it is not food safe. I reached out out to both the shipper and the manufacturer, and received no response. I will be returning it.

I love this pasta roller. I make pasta regularly by hand and this has been a game changer for me. Works well, easy to clean. Easy to use. And honestly a great price
