Perfect for Accutane
I started using this during my Accutane course when my skin was constantly dry, tight, and easily irritated. After about a week of daily use in the morning, it helped take the edge off that uncomfortable dryness and made my skin feel a bit more stable throughout the day. Having SPF 50 built in also simplified my routine when my skin was too sensitive for layering multiple products. The texture is thick and balm-like, but it spreads without dragging and leaves a slightly protective layer rather than a greasy feel. It has a mild sunscreen scent and a faint white cast at first, which fades as it absorbs. It feels more like a barrier cream with sun protection than a typical moisturizer. I think it’s a solid option for Accutane users who need moisture plus SPF in one step, but very reactive skin might still sting due to the chemical filters. Patch testing helps. Overall, it’s been a reliable daytime product for keeping dryness manageable.

Works okay
I have been using this product with dry/dehydrated skin with medication and tretinoin usage. I can feel it moisturizing well. My only issue is it can pill up and leave white on my face.
