Now, the tingle effect... she described it as “a spicy little surprise” and then “why are my lips on fire?”—so it’s definitely got some kick. Depending on your tolerance, it’s either a fun zing or a full-on lip boxing match. She adjusted after the first couple uses and now kind of enjoys the "wake-up slap." Plumping effect is there, but don’t expect instant duck lips. I would give this 0 stars if I could. I guess it does what it says it does though it plumps your lips but it burnt an entire layer of my lips off and gave me 2nd degree burns. I’m a mature women and use many nyx products that I love. I had to see my dermatologist for a salve that’s how bad it burnt me. I was and days later still am in pain.

So I genuinely really love this lippie. There's a ton of shades, the color opacity varies a ton, and it lasts quite a while to be a plumping gloss. Speaking of the plumping, it does an incredible job without being TOO irritating. That initial irritation only lasts 60 seconds or so, and the payoff is great considering the price point. Now, is this THEE plumper of all time that will rival lip filler? Not even close. But it does give you a decent little plump that'll last about 30 minutes or so. It's also not sticky or tacky at all and the gloss is nice.

Ok yes this BURNS. DO NOT SWALLOW OR TASTE IT. ITS AWFUL. I literally read a review and thought they were exaggerating and nope they were correct! I was terrified applying this without getting it on my tongue or inside my mouth. Didn't really make my lips plumper just more red because of the spice but not like eating spicy food where my lips actually get plump. Let's just say I was too worried about the discomfort of it vs seeing any good results. I'm passing and returning especially since later in the day it dried my lips and they started to peel. This was after I applied once regularly and then thought maybe I can apply it quickly and remove it and put a clear gloss over so I don't freak out tasting it. It's just a no too much of a hassle.

Personally, I love NYX, and I especially love their glosses! Unfortunately, this gloss was thick and heavy to wear, especially on top of my lip liner:/ by itself, the plump is good. Definitely feel a tingle. It’s not too intense, but there are moments (especially if on the more sensitive side) it may be too much, but! If you like the super intense tingly feeling, this ain’t bad:)

As per the warning label it burns, but the sensation goes away after about 30 minutes leaving you with smooth, plump lips. This may not increase your lip size dramatically, but it definitely smoothes out your lip lines and makes the surface area of your lips appear larger, giving it a plumping effect. I have 2 tone lips, lip glosses never provide any coverage until I tried this. As I am writing this review, I am purchasing another color. The color payoff is that of a highly pigmented matte formula, with only 1 swipe. It is so impressive for a gloss. Also! This stays glossy! It has an incredible shine. When you reapply it later on, there is little to no sensation on the lips. This is an excellent product in my opinion. The results outweigh the temporary discomfort. A lipliner and this gloss is all you need.

I really like this lip plump. I enjoy the spicy sting on my lips. I used to use Carmex just for the burn. I don’t know if it’s just me but this gloss is actually hydrating. I didn’t have to keep replying. It might be just the color I chose since it’s a clear pink base. I have really pale lips and this gloss gives my lips just the perfect tint of color. It plumps my lips just enough. I’ve used another brand that has chili extract in it and that one was intense, I had to make sure not to lick my lips… lol. But this one has a nice sweetness to it no tingling on my tongue. Great product and size. I feel like this tube will last me awhile cause you really don’t need to put a lot on. The texture of the gloss is like a sticky jelly consistency, but not in a bad way. I will definitely be purchasing more colors. Love it!!

Me gustó mucho y es interesante el toque picante que altera un poco la consistencia de los labios haciendo el efecto ‘patito’ aunque no tanto como esperaba. Yo tengo labios normales y no me hizo nada llamativo pero es interesante probar y según la sensibilidad se sentirá diferente.
