Absolutely terrible. Bought this as a gift. Not only did the item arrive late (after christmas), but it arrived with the face covered in deep scratches. The printing was fuzzy and backwards. Overall a waste of money and time, and now I don't have a gift for mom. Please do not buy this.

This was a great father's day gift. My husband to this day still uses it. It doesn't take up much space but a good way to display photos

It arrived earlier then expected. Exactly as shown. The family of the person who received this gift, loved it. Makes a prefect gift with memories. It doesn't come with the part that plugs into the wall but does come with the wire that connects the frame for power to light it up.

I paid extra for a wooden light up base, stated in my invoice and it came with just the plaque and cheap acrylic base. The company doesn’t do any type of compensation or help to get what I originally paid for. Quality is okay
