Does it make your forearms bigger?

First it’s a great product. The resistance is awesome. I find it making my forearms bigger. However everyone is different. One thing your grip strength will increase

I would like to get more springs for spare (6) ?

You probably won’t need as the tension of the springs are very strong.

Is there a table of adjustments for more than 3 springs?

I think it is 300 pounds, if you can do 50 reps with 3 springs your the boss

What do you get with it

You get the "Super gripper" a simple set of instructions and a weight chart (tells you how much force is required with the different configurations). That's all you need. The pretty grip sets you get with tons of extra garbage is all garbage. I bought one, and it was highly rated. Wasn't satisfied, bought this one. It ain't pretty, ain't got a bunch of bells and whistles. It doesn't need all that, it's the absolute best grip exerciser out there.
