Great product for keeping your AC condensation drain lines

Customer service hard to reach. Very disappointingHad to get a professional to install replacement parts when it wouldn’t take cartridges

Easy to instal. Automatically keeps my drain line clean. I no longer have to get my hose out and clean the drain.

The iFLO system has not performed as advertised and the replacement bottles have not been recognized when replacing. The most frustrating part is iFLO help center. I text them and get no helpful response and the opportunity to talk to someone is never available. I have two units and have installed them on both. The first unit has already failed because of water condensation. I have had pumps installed and I use other condensation solutions in the pumps and in the AC units as well. Would have been nice to get some assistance.

My A/C drain line would get clogged at least once a month even though I was putting vinegar in the line.With the IFLO I don't have to worry about it getting clogged ever again. Saves me all the service call charges I used to pay. So basically, it pays for itself in one month!

Very easy to install.

I am totally not satisfied with these. I should have kept adding drain cleaner manually. I didn't even get two months out of a three-month bottle. I remember hitting the dispense button once trying to get it to link up (which is way too difficult to do) and one time later where it dispensed about a tablespoon of chemical. Because of that, they said I used it up too soon. They might be designed to not last as long as ideal situations.

This product is extremely over priced. May work but it is up to to you if you want to pay the inflated price.
