Great oil for the R380
A very good mineral based oil for the R380. Has stood up to heat dissipation and periods of extended driving through hilly terrain. Don't use ATF as it is thinner and isn't any good in these boxes as it wears the main shaft and isn't any good for the synchronizers. Brilliant oil.

Problems in R380
Made my R380 incredibly notchy and difficult to select gears. Almost unusable when cold. Better when warm. Had to change for Castrol Syntrans which is much better at every temperature.
