The Patch Remedy
I like these patches because they help me relax so that I can sleep. I wake up with out feeling like I have taken medicine. So easy to use. I hope they keep working for me .

They helped me to relax and to sleep
I've tried "The Patch Remedy Sleep with Lavender Patch" a few times, and so far, so good. I have had sleep problems for a long time, over 10 years. I'm currently trying to taper off of Ambien, so I feel I need something else. I used 1/2 of a patch two times, and last night I used 1/3 of a patch. The patches helped me to relax and to be able to sleep. I felt a little bit 'medicated.' Each time I used a patch, I removed it before the night was over, and I still got the benefit from it. Place the patch on a hairless part of your skin. I wiped the skin with alcohol before applying the patch. I covered it with a piece of paper tape, although that isn't necessary, because they're pretty sticky. Sleep is very individual, and it is important to our health. Hope this helps.

I like these patches
I put them on my chest, in-between my collar bones. It says to put on clean, dry, hair free areas. If you're sweating or have very oily skin, just clean the area with a wet wipe/ baby wipe or something. When dry, place the patch. It will stay on fine. When you put them in an area that isn't going to rub on your sheets a lot, it'll stay fine. I truly believe these are helping me sleep much better. I have chronic insomnia, and these have been a life saver!!

Product was not as expected. The scent is very weak. Didn't help with my sleep at all.

Very effective.
I am a very light sleeper and take a long time to fall asleep. These patches don't help with getting to sleep but when I do, the sleep is much deeper and restful. Would not be without them now.
