Very nice quality brand name knockoff. Larger than expected which is a plus. Soft, warm, and has significant structure while still folding down to a smaller scarf if wanted. $20 USD is a fair price.

Nice neck scarf not poncho length
Shorter than expected. I thought it was long enough to belt it like a poncho over leggings. Its still nice quality though and ia as pictured
