It does not look cheap, it is well made. If you need to straighten the feathers or the net, you can use a steamer. I love this hat, it is amazing!

Slide part comes off easy
I liked the hat and decor on it fit great, but unfortunately could wear after trying on a couple of times the glue came off slide where it was attached to hat so couldn't wear for my dad's funeral, disappointed!!.
