I bought this product having lost a substantial amount of weight on Mounjaro and becoming concerned about my skin starting to lose its elasticity. I have combination skin, an oily t-zone with normal skin elsewhere that can get a bit dry in the winter months. This product does not make me feel oily at all and absorbs really nicely with the rest of my skincare routine. It was the combination of peptides (3% Matrixyl 3000, 2% Matrixyl Synthe'6, 4% TEGO PEP 4-17, and encapsulated copper peptides) that made me want to give this product a go. The price of the product for the ingredients included was also a massive selling point to me as more premium brands are selling very similar formulas at a much higher price point. I’ve found the encapsulated copper peptides a lot less irritating than non-encapsulated copper peptides which I have used previously, and I like not having a blue tint! I’ve been able to use this product every morning alongside Azelaic acid while using Tretinoin in the evening without any irritation at all, which has really surprised me. The only downside is the packaging, it’s just a little bit difficult to get the last little bit out of the bottle. The lid needs to be screwed on tightly for the pipette to reach the bottom. You do get used to it and it isn’t a massive inconvenience, but I do think it’s something that could be improved. I started using this product in mid August (I’m just about to start my second bottle) and although results are modest, my skin is noticeably firmer and this is now one of my staple products. I haven’t been let down by a single Geek and Gorgeous product, having transitioned over from much more expensive high-end products. I now choose products based on their formula rather than just assuming a product will be good because it is expensive and Power Peptides did not disappoint!

This is a repeat purchase for me. I have purchased directly from Geek & Gorgeous as well as from Amazon, and it is a genuine product sold on here. It's a really good value serum for the amount of peptides in the formulation (see various Cosmetic Chemist's review the formula on Tiktok if you aren't sure of the formula). It's also a milky formula so it's great for drier skin but it's not sticky or heavy if you have oily skin either. I also use it round my eyes, neck, chest and backs of my hands. I always have this serum and G&G's retinal serums in my skincare routine. I also love Medik8 and Allies of Skin too but they are very pricey so I always have G&G products to stretch those purchases out longer. The Ordinary's Matrixyl 10% and also Argireline 10% serums are other budget options but have a stickier finish than this one and not the milky finish. G&G always have solid formulas and I do think my skin looks better using their products.

No nonsense formulation but packed with effective goodies. Glass bottle with glass dropper. No skin irritation and fantastic vale for money, wouldn't expect anything else from this brand, they always get it right. I have most of what they make and have never been disappointed

It's an amazing product at very good price. I seem to be going through the bottle a bit too quickly.I've been trying to find an alternative that would not run out so quickly but I'm struggling so will keep buy this one

This is the first Geek & Gorgeous product I’ve tried and I did so on the basis of many online reviews and claims that this is a dupe of a much pricier brand that has an effective peptide serum. For reference, I am a 44 year old female with dehydrated (isn’t everyone?!) skin that is becoming much more dry as I get older. Therefore I’m looking for products to help plump my skin, and fight the signs of aging. Peptides are a known product to help fight the signs of aging so I was excited to include this in my routine. I’ve tended to use it in the evenings only - I find it absorbs really well, doesn’t pill or cause issues with my other skincare products, or leave any kind of greasy/oily residue. It’s a cloudy viscous consistency that smoothes over skin easily. It’s dispensed via a pipette which is great from a hygiene perspective. I’ve been impressed with the results of this product - after using it in my evening routine, I wake up with healthy, plump looking skin. It’s not caused any irritation and has easily become part of my skincare routine. If you’re looking for an inexpensive but effective peptide serum, believe the hype you see on social media and give this a go - you won’t be disappointed!

Amazing brand for my very sensitive skin , my skin has never been better or clearer, I am now useing a few of their products, jelly cleanser, stress less serum, power peptides, hydration station spray, their retinol 2%. this is just an amazing no frills low cost brand couldn’t recommend it enough, only facial skincare I’ve consistently repurchased and I have tried ALOT including high end. At first I struggled with this serum, it’s quite thick and so it’s not that easy to use the pipette to get it out, and it also feels a little more sticky than others I’ve used, when you apply it - but this quickly drys, that said I persevered and my face has seen the benefits, very gentle and no breakouts or sensitivity to it, would definitely purchase again

This is an excellent peptide serum. So many brands make peptide serums with random peptides, but not all peptides are created equally. The ones with the most data include Matrixyl 3000 and Matrixyl Synth 6, which can help your skin synthesize collagen, boost firmness, and improve fine lines and wrinkles over time. It also has an encapsulated copper peptide (Copper Palmitoyl Heptapeptide-14), and copper peptides are hard to find at this price point - encapsulated is a bonus. The serum itself is a dream, nice and milky. It provides lightweight hydration and sits beautifully under spf and makeup. It has no detectable fragrance. I've gone through several bottles and will continue to repurchase because it's the biggest bang for my buck (as far as peptide serums go).
