I am very pale and very cool toned. I have honestly struggled and purchased so many foundations only to discover they are truly too dark for me. I found a pale enough foundation but then it was too full coverage and oxidized oddly.Enter the Skin Silk Serum foundation - perfect light to medium coverage. I get light coverage, but buildable to medium. It is light, almost a skin tint serum if applied lightly, but a medium coverage foundation if applied heavier or two layers. I’m no expert with blending, but in my limited experience it blends superbly.It is so lightweight I don’t feel it, and a near perfect match to my skin. I am so pleased - and such a great value too, it won’t break the bank!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I am extremely pale, like a sheet of paper, and finding a decent foundation/skin tint has been borderline impossible because of how pale it needs to be. This came recommended from a Youtuber and it honestly has become a holy grail-- it feels very lightweight and moisturizing, there isn't any separation, and it's the one foundation I've found that actually is pale enough for me! Please never ever discontinue this.

I have been searching for a very fair cool foundation color that won’t oxidize to orange. This is it! I love the texture and the glow of this light foundation. Most of the palest foundation shades are too dark for me. I love the way this foundation looks on me. I hope they don’t continue this color.

Color match was great but I found the formula drying and impossible to blend.

This is only my first impression. I am looking for a Nars light reflecting dupe and this is close in liquidness. It is very watery, which I like. It does have a scent which to be fair, most things have scents. It’s incredibly light coverage and no different than NARS as far as settling into lines for me. I did not notice oxidation.

I wanted to try a thinner foundation as I'm beginning to get more fine lines and texture to my face, so I bought this and the Wet n Wild Photo Focus foundation (and new brushes to apply it). I quite liked the Wet n Wild, it applies very smoothly, but this one was not it. The coverage is less, and it settles very heavily into all of my fine lines and every flake of dryness on my skin, even after applying a serum and moisturizer. I tried it twice, but it doesn't do anything for me except make me look even drier and older than I am. I'm returning this and will not be repurchasing. I'll stick with the Wet n Wild, which was also roughly $10 cheaper too.

I ordered 0.5 and instead received *THREE* bottles of shade 10. So I had to repurchase, and thankfully got the right shade sent to me! Once i received the correct shade for me, i REALLY loved it! Everything was perfect! The shade worked really well for me, which sometimes can be difficult since im fair but more neutral pink undertone with rosacea as well as a normal dry skin type. It laid on my skin nicely, has great coverage and not cakey whatsoever!

Ho preso la tonalità 0.5 che è perfetta per la mia pelle chiara (non sbianca, dà un effetto naturale). Lo uso da solo, senza cipria, sopra la mia solita crema idratante (anche se non servirebbe perché è idratante di suo). La sensazione è di non avere nulla addosso. Coprenza media, stratificabile. Molto liquido, io lo stendo bene con le dita, come una crema viso (avevo provato anche con il pennello), non si asciuga subito, permette di lavorarlo un minimo. Ne uso meno di un pump, cerco sempre di non premere fino in fondo. E poi aggiungo qua e là, dove ho bisogno di maggiore coprenza. Non evidenzia i pori, dà un effetto luminoso discreto. Lo sto usando da alcune settimane. Non so dire se provoca brufoletti, con quel "dimeticone" al primo posto, perché ho una pelle mista che ha già di suo qualche problemino. L'ho preso dopo che per diversi mesi usavo una cipria mosaico che, pur gradita, mi cominciava a seccare troppo il viso. Ho cercato in rete e visto le buone recensioni.Confermo che a metà giornata la zona T tende a lucidarsi, ma lo trovo normale, e preferibile ad altri prodotti che sono magari super-performanti, ma occludono e rovinano alla lunga la pelle. Questo fondo mi sembra abbastanza innocuo, nel senso che non ho rilevato un "miglioramento" (e non è nemmeno il suo compito), ma di certo non ha peggiorato. Sta lì, fa il suo, senza fare danni. E per me è tantissimo.L'ho steso anche sul contorno occhi, nessun problema, nessun fastidio. Si strucca con un piccolo impegno (sulle mani la sensazione è untuosa, per intenderci non va via con del semplice sapone, quindi ci vuole una doppia detersione). Penso che lo ricomprerò sempre, alternandolo con altri prodotti, in base anche alle stagioni. Ottimo per uscire senza troppi pastrocchi sul viso, ma con buona resa.

super good shade for pale pinky (cool?) toned girlies and it is a nice consistency but it causes a little creasing sadly and i don’t think it would be super long lasting. (have only had it on for a few hours so far and there’s been a little transfer)no oxidisation 🥳 but does have a slight smell - it smells nice but i feel like its not always good for ur skin when it smells nice yk

Un excellent fond de teint, qui n'est pas lourd ni difficile à travailler. Je le recommande à toute personne en quête d'un fond de teint plutôt léger, assez modulable, qui cherchent un fini lumineux.
