Exactly as pictured. I got this for work as my job requires me to be sitting all day. It's a little bit stiffer than I was hoping for but it's memory foam so that's expected. It's fairly comfortable even though it's stiffer than I wanted. OVerall i'm pretty happy with it. It came squished into a little tube and just needed a couple minutes to return to it's full shape.

What I received was not anything of the advertisement. It’s very hard and uncomfortable, and I actually paid extra to have it sent to my home quickly which I never do. Such a letdown. The donut hole in the middle does not match what I receive to the advertisement. Lesson learned!

I have a broken tailbone and have tried multiple donut pillows, this is the only one I've tried that relieved my pain! It is harder then others, but they way it's made it works exactly how I need it to! I'm buying a second one for my car!

Just what I needed after my prostate surgery.

This one just didn't work well for my bruised tail bone. Bought it for my bottom and bruised tail bone after labor, just wasn't comfortable. It did seem thick and came with clips if you needed to hook it to some sort of chair so that seemed nice

Perfect size , good cushioning and support for a 6'4 male at 290 pounds.
