I cannot get this product to stay on!
I had such a hard time trying to figure out how to properly apply this band. There weren’t any instructions or recommendations included regarding how to wrap the band and keep it from sliding down or falling off when you move. I watched some random tutorial videos online and I’ve tried to use this many times on various parts of my body, but I just cannot figure out how to get this thing to stay on. I honestly don’t understand how people are claiming to actively workout while wearing this.Maybe if the item had come with detailed instructions or some additional information about using muscle floss then I could’ve gotten it to work. However, since I couldn’t get it to work as intended, I now just use it as an open resistance band for my arm workouts and it actually works pretty well for that. While I couldn’t use this product as intended, I did still give it three stars since 1) I can use it as an open resistance band and 2) the application issues could’ve just been user error on my part.Just a reminder, the description states that these are made of 100% natural latex so please be mindful of that if you have any sort of latex allergy. Also, if you do manage to get it to work be careful not to wear the band for too long as you might accidentally cut off your circulation.

Hard to put on
I am a huge believer in compression for pain having used compression sleeves in the past. Compression heats the area and helps with blood circulation. I like the idea of the muscle floss bands as they give flexibility on body location. The band has good stretch and length for the knee. They are a bit tricky to put on. I particularly had trouble putting it on my shoulder and had to have help. There are videos giving good instructions on how to put them on. Since the bands rolled up are small they can easy be added to my travel bag.

Good material, seems to work
The version of this I got was the black band only. So far this seems to have been a good call, because it seems plenty strong enough even for leg wrapping. I'm not an expert mind you, but insofar as I could tell it was able to stretch and wrap plenty tight enough... I could easily cut off circulation if I wanted to, even on my leg.The only thing I'd mention is that the material, which is some kind of rubber, is a bit slippery. It will stick ok once you get it going, so that for instance on the last circumference you can tuck it in and it stays fine, but getting it started one-handed can be a bit of a hassle as it is not under tension. I'm guessing this will become easier with some practice.Overall I'd say this seems pretty good and I plan to use it in hopes of maybe improving my (many and unfortunately growing list of) joint issues.

Defective
Work great in theory. But the engineers/manufacturers took bribes to add Teflon c8 pfoa forever cancer-causing chemicals to this "health product" thus making it a big pharma product. The second screenshot image is of a different brand floss band I took a picture with a flash notice how there isn't a glare on the second floss band picture compared to the ONGFUWU one. "Natural rubber" can mean anything legally in here. Thanks for the full refund. Will give five stars if you send me the proper bands on the house for your troubles. Pleasure doing business with you.

Great! Does the job
Finally sucked it up and ordered this floss band, and I’m glad I did. Now I can torture myself at home to break up scar tissue in my elbow/forearm/bicep instead of paying the chiropractor for it. This thing does the job, it’s strong and thick, which makes the difference.

Works as expected
The media could not be loaded. No magic here but this band performs as advertised.I use these type bands in 2 ways: one as a tight knee wrap when squatting (see video). For days when my knee is not hurting so bad or when I am using lower weights - I will only wrap with a thin knee wrap. But on days when my knee is really acting up or when I go heavy (for me) then I will use a band like this and wrap very tightly a couple times under the knee then couple above and then tie it off. This still allows for flexibility of the joint but virtually eliminates the pain during the movement. If I have tendinitis in the elbow then I will wrap a strap like this extremely tight (as tight as I can bear) from forearm to below the bicep. Once strapped I then flex the arm 10 or so times. After about a minute or so I release the strap and as blood rushes back into the tissue - the relief is instant. The arm is then pain-free for several minutes - at least long enough to perform a rep of a movement.
