Good product…they provide kit with all instructions along with filter to set it on tap.

Company to look into this poor quality product
Dont buy this product Very poor quality .. just in few days it got broke .. as we open tap water water falls n spread everywhere . I request company to look into this matter .. it just waste of money . I wanted refund.

Good solution for hard water
Easy to install and works well. The water feels cleaner and softer after using the filter. Build quality is good and it is a useful product for daily use, especially in hard water areas.

Quality of casing is not good
This quality is terrible. It cracked after three weeks and is almost broken now. At least the outer case should be steel. ******** I have updated my rating from 1 to 3 stars due to their customer support. They have replaced the outer casing without any hassle. 5 stars for after sale support.
